What is the Tri State Youth Rodeo Association?
Tri State Junior Rodeo Association is a youth rodeo association for kids age 3 – 18 years of age. The association was formed because of the heightened interest in the sport of rodeo by today's youth. Cowboys and cowgirls compete in many events and it gives them the experience to go on and compete in senior rodeos and the opportunity to be chosen for college scholarships. It is a non profit organization with a volunteer support group of parents which has been in exsistence for 8 years. We promote the sport of rodeo as well as good sportsmanship, leadership and confidence.

Why should I sponsor the Tri State Youth Rodeo Association?

• Years ago rodeo was mainly enjoyed in the west. Since then, rodeo has grown by leaps and bounds in the east. It has been noted that rodeo has become one of the top spectator sports in America and fan attendance is growing rapidly. This means that means your business name will reach many people.
• Most adults when they were a child wanted to be a cowboy or cowgirl but didn’t have the oppurtunity to fulfill that dream. Your sponsorship could go a long way in helping our young cowboys and cowgirls achieve that goal.
• You would be contributing to the youth of today in an All-American sport that teaches discipline, sportsmanship, and resposibility.

How many rodeos would my business name be displayed?
Tri State Junior Rodeo Association will have 20 – 24 rodeos between March and October.

Where will the rodeos be located?
Our rodeos will be held mainly in Harmony, North Carolina at the Circle G Arena and the surrounding area. Your business name will be seen by many people you may have never reached. Many people from the local area attend our rodeos as well as family members and friends from across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

How much does it cost to sponsor?
We have 3 types of sponsorships. A gold buckle sponsorship, a silver buckle sponsorship, and a bronze buckle sponsorship.

Gold Buckle Sponsorship - $1000.00

• Business name on flag used in grand entry.
• 3 ft x 6 ft banner displayed in rodeo arena.
• Rodeo announcer will announce your business name throughout the rodeo.
• Chute gate will be named after your business.
• Business name and/or logo on 14” x 22” posters displayed throughout the area approximately 2 weeks before each rodeo.
• Hand out information on the location of your business with location and any information you choose such as coupons.
• Your business will be displayed on our web site as our corporate sponsor

Silver Buckle Sponsorship - $500.00

• 3 ft x 4ft banner displayed in rodeo arena.
• Rodeo announcer will announce your business name throughout the rodeo.
• Chute gate will be named after your business.
• Your business will be displayed on our web site as our sponsor

Bronze Buckle Sponsorship – $250.00

• 3 ft x 3 ft banner displayed in rodeo arena.
• Rodeo announcer will announce your business name throughout the rodeo.

Banquet Buckle Sponsorship – $100.00
As a business or individual you can sponsor a Montana Silversmith Championship Belt Buckle that will be presented at our awards banquet. You may choose which event you would like to sponsor (if available) and your name will be engraved on the buckle.

Rodeos are an expensive sport to promote and we have to lean on sponsors to help keep this alive. We hope your business will become part of this great rodeo adventure for kids.
